What Is A Pedestrian Pallet Truck or Stacker?

A pedestrian pallet truck or stacker is a compact material handling machine commonly used across:

Warehouses
Distribution centres
Manufacturing facilities
Retail stockrooms
Logistics operations
Loading bays
Storage and production areas

Pedestrian pallet trucks are designed to move palletised loads safely over short distances, while pedestrian stackers can also lift and position loads at different heights.

Unlike ride-on forklift trucks, the operator walks alongside or behind the equipment and controls it using a tiller handle. Their compact design and manoeuvrability make them ideal for moving, loading, unloading, stacking and positioning goods in confined working areas.
