ITSSAR J3 Telehandler Training Kent

Safe Telehandler Training for Material Handling Operations

Telehandlers are versatile lifting machines used across builders' merchants, agriculture, warehousing, logistics, ports and industrial workplaces. Their telescopic boom gives them greater reach than a conventional forklift, but that reach also changes the machine's stability and lifting capacity.

ITSSAR J3 training develops the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to operate telescopic handlers safely, including daily inspections, machine stability, load assessment, load charts, safe travel and accurate load placement.

Kent Training offers routes for complete beginners, experienced operators, refresher candidates and operators converting from other lift-truck categories.

Successful delegates receive the relevant ITSSAR operator certification route. Employers should still provide site-specific familiarisation and authorisation for the machine, attachments and workplace being used.
